On September 22, 2025, the Axis of Democracy was inaugurated in Karlsgarten, An Gut Melaten in Aachen. As part of a collaborative project between Förderkreis Botanischer Garten Aachen e.V. and Art moves Europe e.V., five artists created five sculptures on the theme of democracy, which will now form the Axis of Democracy for two years.
